Rules of Play

  1. Adventure Street is an experience involving both adult and child; children need to be supervised by a responsible adult/guardian who stays within the building at all times. Unaccompanied adults (adults with no children in their party) are not permitted. The role playing area has a large number of props, with a few of them being small; because of this all children under 3 must be directly supervised by parents/carers at all times.
  2. Tickets are non-refundable. If you wish to change a booked session, we will do everything possible to assist you provided you call or email us the day before.
  3. We love to keep the town clean for you. Help us by removing shoes before entering the role play areas (adults and kids!)  Don’t forget to wear/bring socks or tights! If needed, socks can be purchased from reception.
  4. The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring everyone in their party is aware of these rules, most notably that all adults are aware of session start times, directions to get here and the need to bring socks.
  5. We tidy and clean the venue after play session – this means the doors sometimes won’t open until 5 minutes before your session. Don’t worry – the car park is right in front of the building so you wont be left out in the rain!
  6. Play sessions are 75 minutes long; once your session has finished please leave the play area so it can be set up for the next time slot.
  7. Keep food and drinks to the seating area. It keeps equipment clean and child safe.
  8. Entry to the building is controlled but for your own piece of mind, please keep valuables with you. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to personal property during your visit.
  9. Our venue is inspected to make sure it if safe. Sometimes though, children might have the odd bump or might damage something.  Please let us know so that we can help fix the children and remove any broken items.
  10. Animals aren’t permitted in Adventure Street. If you use an assistance dog, please contact us so we can make the necessary arrangements for your visit.
  11. During booking and enquires, we ask you for personal data.  We only collect the data that you give us or which is necessary for the booking process to work effectively (such as your computers IP address).  We will retain and process your data after your visit for a reasonable time. Full details can be found in our Privacy Policy.
  12. You are welcome to take photographs of your children for your own personal use. Commercial photography (or subsequent use of personal photographs for commercial reasons) is prohibited without first seeking our agreement and the issue of a licence.
