Adventure Street Exclusive Hire

  • All parties are exclusive hire; no-one but you and your guests (as well as staff) will be here.
  • Parties include up to 15 (Saturdays) and 18 (Sundays) children – you pay for exclusive hire of the venue, not per child meaning you can have fewer than this if you wish! You can also add up to an additional 5/6 children at £5 per child, payable on the day of your party.
  • Our venue holds up to 55 guests in total (inclusive of babies, children and adults.)
  • Full payment will be required one month before your party, an invoice will be sent to you via email for this.
  • Various food options are available – please see ‘Party Packages’ information on our website for full details.
  • If you choose to provide your own food, you will be required by law to provide full allergen information the week before your party (under new national Natasha’s Law guidelines)
  • Apologies but we do not permit face painters to attend our venue for parties.
  • Mascots are permitted but we will require their full details and public liability insurance information (requirement of at least £2 million) one week before your party.

Booking Amendments & Cancellations

CANCELLATIONS: All party deposits are non refundable. Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your party. Final balances will be due one month prior to the party.

AMENDMENTS: Any amendments can be made up to one month prior to the party taking place (subject to availability).

COVID: If a party cannot go ahead due to the party child or party hosts (people booking the party) testing positive for Covid, an alternative mutually convenient date will be offered.
